About Chad Sneed

I hold a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning, backed by years of hands-on coaching experience. As a national champion collegiate hockey player, I’ve competed at a high level and understand what it takes to build strength, resilience, and confidence from the ground up.


Today, I work with both everyday individuals and athletes to develop strength, improve endurance, and perform at a higher level. My approach is rooted in proven training principles, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way-no shortcuts, no guesswork.


I’m passionate about helping people not only look better, but move better, perform better, and build confidence that carries into every aspect of their lives.
